Refunds

Items cannot be returned or exchanged. If your item is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email khkrafthouse@gmail.com and provide your issue, your order number and a picture of the damaged item.

Processing Time

Orders will be processed in 3-5 business days.  Once order has been processed, a tracking number will be added to your invoice.
